I finally have made myself a Photography Page on Facebook!
It's called Marissa B Photography... cause I couldn't think of anything clever and there are no other Marissa B Photography's on Facebook.

The Red Admiral Butterfly

I was outside yesterday (May 8th 2012) with my dog and this beautiful butterfly catches my eye. So I follow it and it leads me to the front of my house where there are at least 4 or 5 other butterflies. They are the Red Admiral Butterfly. They are so beautiful. I live in Val-d'Or, Quebec (at the moment). I was outside for at least an hour just watching and taking pictures of these beautiful creatures. It was nice to just sit there and watch as they flew from one dandelion to the next. I could have sat there forever. The Looking Glasses' Photography

No, I am not a professional photographer but I am not an amateur either.
Photography is how I express myself.
I want to show people how I see the world.
I am not confined to one kind of photography.
I have a wedding I am shooting in April.
I am hoping to do a photoshoot of my niece and sister before they move to BC.
I love taking pictures of my dog Haylee frolicking in the snow.
I have taken pictures of a tiny bee harvesting pollen from flowers.
I am hoping to travel more and take pictures of our beautiful world.
